In response to the national "dual carbon" development strategy, with the attention and support of provincial, municipal, and district governments, the company has recently independently designed and collaborated with Lenovo and Huawei to build the "Intelligent Microgrid Phase I (39.96kWp) Distributed Photovoltaic Project", which has been successfully connected to the grid and put into use in the factory area with the permission of the power department.

This project mainly includes three parts: the photovoltaic power generation system, the photovoltaic power station environmental monitoring system, and the digital energy management platform.

1. Photovoltaic power generation system

This project adopts advanced PERC cell+half cell technology photovoltaic modules, equipped with intelligent string photovoltaic controllers and optimizers, which can increase power generation by up to 30%; At the same time, it eliminates the potential risks of series high voltage and arcing within the components; Support component level fast and secure shutdown, actively ensuring personal and property safety.

2. Photovoltaic power station environmental monitoring system

This system is independently designed by Shiyou Electric and can monitor environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, and total solar radiation of photovoltaic power plants in real time. It has the characteristics of stable performance, high detection accuracy, and unmanned operation; Equipped with power outage protection function, it can automatically switch to the optical storage system for power supply in case of temporary external power outage. In addition, it also has 5G wireless data transmission and video monitoring functions.

3. Digital Energy Management Platform
Based on advanced IoT platforms and Lenovo data collection terminals, we have developed the Shiyou Electric Digital Energy Management Platform, which will meet a series of functional requirements such as visual large screen display, multi power station status control and analysis, inverter status analysis, energy storage status analysis, meteorological station data monitoring, video monitoring, various data report analysis, and operation and maintenance control.

The first phase project has the characteristics of high power generation efficiency, high safety, strong reliability, intelligent monitoring, and complete visual support. The successful grid connection of this project is the result of Shiyou Electric's active exploration in the field of new energy, as well as its contribution to empowering digitalization and low-carbon strategies.
The second phase will optimize and upgrade based on this, and work with Huawei to develop more advanced and secure intelligent microgrid systems. In the future, Shiyou Electric will continue to practice on the road to achieving the "3060" dual carbon target, and looks forward to cooperating with various companies and organizations in the field of new energy to provide efficient and clean photovoltaic green energy for small and medium-sized enterprises, industrial parks, residential communities and other owners, and make a modest contribution to achieving the national "dual carbon" strategic goals.
